A source of multi-channel visual information beyond conventional RGB imaging.
Unlike conventional RGB cameras that capture three broad color channels, multispectral cameras sample responses across multiple bands, adding information for material identification, color analysis, surface inspection, and intelligent vision.
Key Features
15-channel visible imaging
Samples 15 spectral channels across 400–700 nm.
Compact module
Reference dimensions are 6.2 × 6.2 × 4.9 mm.
Video-rate capture
Reference spatial format is SVGA 864 × 648 at up to 30 fps.
Factory spectral calibration
Calibration factors are stored in on-board EEPROM for spectral correction.
How Multispectral Imaging Works
Materials may have different reflectance responses across wavelengths. Multispectral data can add input for classification and inspection; results depend on illumination, target material, capture geometry, calibration, and algorithms.
Conceptual illustration of the visible range; not a measurement result.

Specification and Integration Notes
These are reference specifications for technical introduction and project evaluation. Configuration, availability, data format, SDK, host compatibility, and integration require project confirmation. Fifteen channels do not mean a full independent 864 × 648 spatial resolution per channel. Applications listed are potential directions, not validated case studies.
