Suzhou Guanshi Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was established on August 15, 2023, with headquarters in Suzhou Industrial Park, Jiangsu Province, China. SGI, 3DSensing is being built as a vision-system platform covering ToF, 2D camera systems, and integration paths for robotics, smart home, healthcare & assisted living, smart glasses, and related scenarios.
While ToF and 3D sensing remain an important technical strength of SGI, we are also extending the platform into 2D camera modules and RGB imaging systems so customers can evaluate multiple vision routes within one technical platform.
The core team brings together professionals with strong backgrounds in intelligent vision, 3D imaging, optics, and module integration. Our value is not only in component supply, but also in helping customers move more clearly from technical understanding into product definition, sampling, and project implementation.
We want customers to use SGI as a practical entry point when they need to decide whether a project should use ToF or 2D camera, and then move efficiently toward module selection, customization, and system integration.
SGI is not positioned as a simple seller of standard modules. For standard demand, we provide clear paths around ToF, RGB-D, and 2D camera products. For project-driven demand, we also support mid-to-high-end customization coordination.
Our current capability focus includes standard camera-module introduction, sensor and lens matching suggestions, FOV and interface evaluation, sample-stage support, and supply-chain coordination around optics, COB / packaging, and module production.
We deliberately position this as integrated supply-chain capability rather than simply emphasizing factory ownership. The goal is to help customers reduce communication cost and validation risk from product definition to pilot build and scale-up.
Because SGI is based in Suzhou Industrial Park, we are naturally well positioned to support customers across the Yangtze River Delta, especially in Shanghai, Suzhou, Jiaxing, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuxi, and nearby manufacturing and innovation hubs.
For these customers, the advantage is not only distance. It is also faster requirement alignment, easier sample validation, closer supply-chain coordination, and more practical face-to-face collaboration when projects need to move quickly.
As the business expands, SGI is also strengthening manufacturing coordination with Jiaxing Guanyu. Externally, we still position SGI around technical judgment, product definition, and project coordination, while making better use of Jiaxing Guanyu on the manufacturing and execution side when appropriate.
This helps us connect front-end selection and solution support more smoothly with sample builds, pilot production, and scale-up execution for the right projects.
