Camera Engineer (Workplace: Suzhou/Shenzhen)

Responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of 2D/3D cameras.
Complete corresponding work and deliverables at different project stages.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation templates for camera technologies.
Develop and maintain supplier resources related to cameras, and evaluate the development capabilities of new suppliers.
Responsible for camera hardware and lens solution selection, image quality evaluation, camera development issue identification and resolution.

Bachelor's degree or above in electronic, computer, or automation-related fields, with 5-10 years or more of camera development experience.
Familiar with the Aiot camera market, product performance, structure, matching, etc., and have the ability to develop product planning.
Familiar with camera lens selection, and have experience in image quality rectification.
Familiar with image sensors such as Sony, OV, Infineon, etc.
Familiar with camera development processes or familiar with hardware development control processes.

Responsible for collecting market information and conducting competitor analysis within the region.
Assist in developing and implementing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
Assist the company in developing new customers, expanding sales channels, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, etc.
Implement regional sales strategies and marketing plans.
Coordinate internal and external resources to support business advancement.
Cooperate with senior leaders to complete other related tasks.

Have more than 10 years of relevant work experience in consumer electronics or security products.
Those with camera-related experience are preferred.
Have strong communication skills and good teamwork spirit.
Possess good learning ability and stress tolerance.
Have good professional ethics and conduct.
